Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
